abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of personal capability, top management support, training programs, user participation, and formalization of accounting information system performance at Sharia Banks in Yogyakarta Special Region. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this research are the employees of Bank Syariah in DIY and sample of this research is the user of accounting information system at BNI Syariah DIY, BSM Kaliurang, and BPRS Bangun Drajad Warga. Respondents who become the population in this study amounted to 115 respondents and respondents who become samples in this study amounted to 85 respondents. Sampling technique in this research is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling sampling method. 
Based on test of coefficient of determination (R2) proves that variable of personal capability (X1), top management support (X2), training program (X3), user participation (X4), and formalization (X5) able to explain 66.2% variation of performance variable of accounting information system while 33.8% was explained by other factors not included in the study. Based on the F test simultaneously there is a significant influence between independent variables on the performance of accounting information system at Sharia Banks in Yogyakarta. Based on t test it can be concluded that the variables of top management support and user participation have a significant effect on the performance of accounting information system. Conversely variable user capabilities, training programs, and formalization have no significant effect on the performance of information systems.
( INDONESIA) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara kapabilitas personal, dukungan manajemen puncak, program pelatihan, partisipasi pengguna, dan formalisasi terhadap kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi pada Bank Syariah di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para karyawan Bank Syariah di DIY dan sampel dari peneltian ini adalah karyawan pengguna sistem informasi akuntansi pada BNI Syariah DIY, BSM Kaliurang, dan BPRS Bangun Drajad Warga. Responden yang menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 115 responden dan responden yang menjadi sampel dalam peneltian ini berjumlah 85 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah non-probability sampling dengan metode penentuan sampel purposive sampling. 
Berdasarkan uji koefisien determinasi (R2) membuktikan bahwa variabel kapabilitas personal (X1), dukungan manajemen puncak (X2), program pelatihan (X3), partisipasi pengguna (X4), dan formalisasi (X5) mampu menjelaskan 66.2% variasi variabel kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi sedangkan 33.8% dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak disertakan dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan uji F secara simultan terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara variabel independen terhadap kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi pada bank Syariah di DIY secara bersama-sama. Berdasarkan uji t dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel dukungan manajemen puncak dan partisipasi pengguna berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi. Sebaliknya variabel kapabilitas pengguna, program pelatihan, dan formalisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja sistem informasi.
