Penelitian ini menggunakan uji\r\nregresi linier berganda, uji F dan uji t untuk melihat apakah variabel\r\nindependen memiliki pengaruh atau hubungan dengan variabel dependen.\r\nBerdasarkan hasil sebaran angket kuesioner, uji F telah membuktikan\r\nbahwa penilaian prestasi kerja, pengalaman kerja, senioritas dan loyalitas\r\nsecara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap\r\npromosi jabatan PT. Bank Muamalat Yogyakarta (F hitung (66,671) > F\r\ntabel (2,752) pada signifikan 0,0000 < 0,05). Selain itu penelitian ini\r\nmendapatkan kesimpulan bahwa variabel independen mempunyai pengaruh\r\nyang signifikan terhadap promosi jabatan PT. Bank Muamalat Yogyakarta\r\nsebesar 80,2% sedangkan sisanya 19,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya\r\nyang tidak disertakan dalam penelitian ini. Pada uji t pun secara parsial\r\nmenunjukkan bahwa variabel penilaian prestasi kerja, senioritas dan\r\nloyalitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap promosi jabatan PT. Bank\r\nMuamalat Yogyakarta. Sedangkan variabel pengalaman kerja tidak\r\nberpengaruh terhadap promosi jabatan pada PT.
