As a new company, J\&T Express uses differentiation strategy to gain competitive advantage. Differentiation strategy is designing difference to set apart a company from their competitors. The formulation of the problem in this study was differentiation strategy in courier delivery services business, a descriptive study on J\&T Express Yogyakarta. The purpose of this study was determining the differentiation strategy of J\&T Express. The research type is descriptive qualitative using qualitative data analysis technique. Data collection techniques were interview, observation, and documentation. Based on the study, J\&T Express used all dimensions of differentiation strategy well. However, the researcher found some issues which should be improved, including distribution channel. To develop a good distribution channel, a vast delivery area coverage is required. This can be done by increasing the number of logistic infrastructures in various regions to provide faster and wider delivery.} }
