description: This research is perposed to determine the role of psychological capital and job statisfaction toward organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) to the member of Polri in DIY (Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta). The participan of this research is 194(N=194) member of Polri in DIY (Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta). Random sampling is used as the sampling technique. Instrument of data collection ini this research is using a scale of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), a scale psychological capital, and a scale of job statisfaction. The analysis method of this research is using multiple regression path analysis. The result of data analysis indicate that psychological capital related significantly with organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) variable, the value of correlation coefficient (r) is 0,825 and sig value is 0,000 (p0,05) that mean the correlation of psychological capital with organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) variable is positive, and the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0,681, that mean the influence of independent variable and dependent variable is 68,1%. The higher psychological capital will increase organizational citizenship behavior (OCB),wich means the hypothesi proposed by the recsearcer is accepted. Coefficient value is 0,032 and sig value is 0,629 (p0,05), that mean the variable of job statisfaction is not signicantly related with the variable of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and the researcher’s proposed hypothesis is rejected.
