The study subjects were 136 employees of Condong Catur hospital in Yogyakarta. The data was collected by using three instruments, turnover intention scale, perceived organizational support scale, and job embeddedness scale. The method of data analysis using a path analysis developed from regression analysis. The results show that indirect effect of perceived organizational support and turnover intention was significant (0,508), and indirect effect of 0,142. This means two hypotheses are accepted, the perceived organizational support is negatively related to turnover intention (direct effect) and job embeddedness mediates the negative relationship between perceived organizational support and turnover intention (indirect effect). In addition, total effect of turnover intention is direct effect that is added to indirect effect of 0,65. Contribution of perceived organizational support and job embeddedness to turnover intention is 65%.
