The data collection techniques used is survey techniques with frequency change scale, transformative change scale, planned change scale, and scale of commitment to change. The method of data analysis was multiple regression analysis techniques. The result of multiple regression analysis showed that major hypothesis has relationship together dimensions of perception organizational change characteristics to commitment to change. It was shown with the value of F arithmetic of anova of 32,900, with significance equal to 0.000. The first minor hypothesis, there was a significant positive correlation between the frequency characteristics of change with commitment to change which was indicated by unstandardized coefficient B value of 0.532 with significance of 0.012, p 0.05. The second minor hypothesis, there was no significant relationship between the characteristics of transformative change with commitment to change which was indicated by unstandardized coefficient B of -0.160 and significance of 0.270, p 0.05. The third minor hypothesis, there was a significant negative relationship between the characteristics of perception of planned changes to commitment to change which was indicated by unstandardized coefficient B of -1.471 with significance of 0.000, p 0.05. %Z Dr. Erika Setyanti Kusumaputri, M.Si.
