Subjects of this research were four pediatric patients aged 3-6 years and have score of behavioral checklist hospitalization stress middle to high. Design of study which used was one group pre test-post test. Collecting data in this study was using a behavioral checklist hospitalization stress that prepared by researcher. The method of data analysis used statistical nonparametric for the Wilcoxon Signed- Rankto examine the differences among pre test, and primary post test score. Results of the analysis showed that Z score of the primary post test was -1.890a p=0.0295 (p0,05). While for value of mean rank pretest was 14.00, and mean rank posttest was 6.50.
