The factors, one of which is planning, because the success of a program, depends on how the planning was. It needs great strategic planning to anticipate errors. In this study, researcher tried to explain the interpersonal communication planning that has been done in Hoshizora Foundation in building trust on donors. This study used a qualitative method. The data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. To check the validity, researcher also used data from triangulation sources. The conclusion of this research is that Hoshizora Foundation uses three types of interpersonal communication in its planning, such as social conversations, interviews, and intimate interactions and those have done many innovations in communicating with donors. Programs that involving donors, use of language in accordance with required situation, providing updates to donors, appreciating the donors, collaborating with companies and media, as well as the transparency to build donors trust in the organization.} }
