"There are several factors that can cause a program of an organization\r\ndoes not succeed. The factors, one of which is planning, because the success of a\r\nprogram, depends on how the planning was. It needs great strategic planning to\r\nanticipate errors.\r\nIn this study, researcher tried to explain the interpersonal communication\r\nplanning that has been done in Hoshizora Foundation in building trust on donors.\r\nThis study used a qualitative method. The data were collected through in-depth\r\ninterviews, observations, and documentation. To check the validity, researcher\r\nalso used data from triangulation sources.\r\nThe conclusion of this research is that Hoshizora Foundation uses three\r\ntypes of interpersonal communication in its planning, such as social\r\nconversations, interviews, and intimate interactions and those have done many\r\ninnovations in communicating with donors. Programs that involving donors, use\r\nof language in accordance with required situation, providing updates to donors,\r\nappreciating the donors, collaborating with companies and media, as well as the\r\ntransparency to build donors trust in the organization."^^ .
