abstract: The process of communication within an organization is very important. Karang Taruna is a social organization made up of village youths who have been formed for the purpose of realizing social welfare. This research was conducted in Karang Taruna Dipo Ratna Muda in Guwosari Village Kec.Pajangan Kab.Bantul. This study discusses how the communication of youth organizations in creating entrepreneurship Karang Taruna Dipo Ratna Muda. The purpose of this study is to find out how the communication of youth organizations in Karang Taruna Dipo Ratna Muda in creating entrepreneurship and knowing the extent of organizational communication that woke up in youth cadets Dipo Ratna Muda. This research uses descriptive method with qualitative approach and obtained by informant amounted to 4 resource persons. Data were collected using observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. To check the validity of data, researchers used source triangulation. The results showed that the organizational communication Karang Taruna Dipo Ratna Muda good enough, communication is done by holding regular meetings and not routine through face-to-face, direct or indirect words through social media that is Group Whatsapp. Karang Taruna Dipo Ratna Muda has created entrepreneurs (entrepreneurs) that run every day, many businesses are managed by members of Karang Taruna Dipo Ratna Muda, and the business achieves success because of the of communication is done continuously well.
