        abstract = {To grow the entrepreneurship spirit, students must need an innovation in vocational education
so they have a good career competence in dealing with workplace. But, in reality many vocational

The research used mix method. The result of this research showed innovation in SMKN 1 Lembang
( 1) had a good innovation in improving the competence of career and entrepreneurship, (2) Learning
