(2) Determine the quality of the physics experiment guide book based guided inquiry in light for 8th grade student. (3) Determine the student?s response of the physics experiment guide book based guided inquiry in light for 8th grade student. (4) Determine the implementation of physics experiment guide book based guided inquiry in light for 8th grade student. This research is Research and Development (R&D) with four-D model. There are 4 stages in Four-D model; (1) Define, (2) Design, (3) Develop, (4) Disseminate. This research is restricted in Develop stage. Instruments used in this research are validation paper, assessment paper, response of student questionnaire paper and implementation paper. Assessment of quality product is used Likert scale with 4 scale in checklist model. The result of this research is a physics experiment guide book based guided inquiry in light matery for 8th grade student. The quality of the product based on material expert judgement is Good (score is 3,23). Media expert and Science Teacher scores to product Very Good (score 3,86 and 3,80). The implementation of the guide book has fulfill 11 indicators that scored by the observer. The response of students in limited test and in wide test is agree. Scores is 0,94 and 0,92.
