%X This research has the objective as the first step to knowing the company‟s bankruptcy signal. Metode is to use the model analysis of Altman Z-Score because uses data obtained from the financial reports and processed as a measure of the financial health of the company. With the variabels working capital to total assets, retained earning to total assets, earning before interest and taxes to total assets, dan book value of equity to book value of total debt. This study uses sample of company of unit sharia life Insurance period 2014-2016 with purposive sampling method.
