%X Based on previoud dtudirs, audit delay in Indonesia is till a problem that serious in any company, it is influenced by sevral factors, ratio ROA, debt to asset, size of the company and the reputation of the hood. Population in this research is 30 compenies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index. The sample in this research taken by purposive sampling method. The sample in this study took the 15 (seventeen) companies listed in Jakarta Islamic Index. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained form each website. The method used in this study uses panel data with the method of the analysis of the panel data regression the software Eviews 8. The result of this study showed variable ratiao ROA, debt to asset, size company does not affect the audit delay. While the variable reputation of the hood of a significant positive effect on audit delay.
