N2  - The Ustaz selection process objectively is very important to determine the ustaz who are eligible, appropriate and right with the criteria which has been specified. This selection currently still use manual way, so there are big chance of mistake and incompatibility between the chooser and the ustaz which will be choose. So requires a decision support system which is able efficient and simplify the selection. The Research makes decision support system using Simple Additive Weighting method plus refinement process. By determine right value each alternative on all criteria, create a decision metrics from the criteria and then the metrics normalized according to the type of attribute, the final results will be reprocess with refinement according to right criteria between the chooser and the alternatives. There are five main criteria: educational background, cost, experiences being Ustaz, humorousness, seriousness, and one refinement criteria: tribe. These results indicate that the system is able to give alternative as a right Ustaz by final value calculation rank using Simple Additive Weighting with refinement process.
