N2  - This research is a research that aims to analyze the effect of financial
performance using RGEC method to Profit Distribution at Sharia Commercial
Bank. The sample of this research is 7 Banks registered in Sharia Commercial
Bank during the period 2012-2016. The analysis technique used is panel data
regression using eviews 8. The method used to test the hypothesis is Hausman
test.
Hausman test results from this study that partially NPF does not affect
the profit distribution, FDR has a significant negative effect on profit distribution,
GCG does not affect the profit distribution, ROA does not affect the profit
distribution, NOM has no effect on profit distribution and CAR has no effect on
profit distribution. Results from testers simultaneously state that simultaneously
FDR has a negative and significant effect on profit distribution. ( INDONESIA ) 
Penelitian ini adalah penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menganalisa
pengaruh kinerja keuangan yang menggunakan metode RGEC terhadap Profit
Distribution pada Bank Umum Syariah. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 7 Bank yang
terdaftar di Bank Umum Syariah selama kurun waktu 2012-2016. Teknik analisis
yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel yang menggunakan eviews 8. Metode
yang dilakukan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah uji Hausman.
Hasil uji Hausman dari penelitian ini bahwa secara parsial NPF tidak
berpengaruh terhadap profit distribution, FDR berpengaruh negatif signifikan
terhadap profit Distribution, GCG tidak berpengaruh terhadap profit distribution,
ROA tidak berpengaruh terhadap profit distribution, NOM tidak berpengaruh
terhadap profit distribution dan CAR tidak berpengaruh terhadap profit
distribution. Hasil dari penguji secara simultan menyatakan bahwa secara
simultan FDR berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap profit distribution.
