%X The villages became the lowest unit of state in constitution in Indonesia, where the village is currently entering a new era after the birth of the village law. Villages are expected to be socially, culturally, economically and politically self-reliant. BUMDes as a business and economic institution is expected to welcome the village community to be more independent, especially in the economic field. Purpose of this research to know policy priority that can be taken as BUMDes development strategy. And BUMDes Panggungharjo Bantul is used as an object in this research. This research uses analitycal analysis of process hierarchy to determine the priority of development policy of BUMDes Panggungharjo Bantul. And the research results show the first position of qualified workforce, followed by marketing strategy, the existence of innovation technology, supportive business environment, and the last existence of capital.
