ID - digilib31985 UR - https://digilib.uin-suka.ac.id/id/eprint/31985/ A1 - M FAHMI MAULANA, NIM. 1620421004 Y1 - 2018/05/30/ N2 - As we know in facts, the prosperity about assist teachers on general or Islamic school only get the salary of month about Rp.300.000,00 - Rp.800.000,00, therefore it is assumed that the effectiveness of learning process influenced by the state of teachers who are not prosperous. This research was conducted with the aim to know the level of prosperity and professional competence by the teachers of Islamic or base school in Wedung Sub-district Demak Regency, to know whether or not the impact between welfare level and professional competence, and other factors that can be influence teachers professional competence level. The research method used by the researchers is quantitative research method. This method intended to measure the impact level of teachers Islamic or base school professional competence in Wedung Sub-district Demak Regency. The used of data analysis are normality, homogeneity, linearity and simple linear regression test. The results of this research are: (1) welfare level by the teachers in Islamic or base school Wedung Sub-district Demak Regency is medium category; (2) level of professional competence teachers in Islamic or base school Wedung Subdistrict Demak Regency is medium category; (3) The data result by using simple linear regression, shows t-count value smaller than t-table that is 1,543 2,101 with significance equal to 5%, causing regression equation Y = 78,005 + 0,401 X1 it?s mean that if teachers welfare level is 0 (zero / no change), then the professional competence level of teachers Islamic or base school in Wedung Subdistrict Demak Regency is 78,005, and if welfare level increase by 1 unit, hence level of professional competence teachers Islamic or base school in Wedung Subdistrict Demak Regency will increased only 0.401. Based on the analysis of simple linear regression test, the results obtained that the level of welfare teachers did not give a significant effect on professional competence level; (4) The level of professional competence teachers influenced by other factors, internal factors (including teacher's motivation and commitment) and external factors (school principal programs). Some principal programs that contribute to professional teacher competence levels include regular and on going supervision, workshops, KKG, Micro teaching, monitoring and evaluation.
