This research includes qualitative research. Data collection techniques used are the method of observation, interviews, and documentation conducted in the field. In the observation process the researcher observed the services provided by the Yogyakarta city library and observed the SISKA Innovation Service which became the object of Research. Then the researchers conducted interviews to some informants who know about SISKA service innovation, interviews that researchers do using interview guidelines to be able to know the outline to be asked to informants. Documentation process conducted by researchers to collect data documents needed for research and take photos of the object under study. from the results of data collection can be concluded that (1) SISKA Service Innovation is Innovation Interactive System Services Reader. This service contains Critical Services, suggestions and Suggestions of books that visitors can use to give their books, suggestions and book suggestions directly to the library; (2) SISKA Service Innovation is useful in improving Library Services in Yogyakarta City Library. Given that the services provided by libraries are oriented to the satisfaction of Readers. Improved service marked by increasing number of visits and borrowing of books by the user; (3) The support of the Head of the Library is a major supporting factor in the implementation and implementation of the SISKA Services.
