The results of the research showed that the use of\r\nInstagram as a media promotional activities at Balai Layanan Perpustakaan\r\nGrhatama Pustaka Yogyakarta it is stated to be feasible to run based on market and\r\nmarketing aspects, technical and technological aspects, management aspects, legal\r\naspects, economic and social aspects and financial aspects and the obstacle in\r\npromoting the library activities by using social media Instagram is there is not yet\r\ninnovation in the making of the content so it is still monotonous in create\r\ninformation requires knowledge so that it needs to filter the content or information\r\nthat is considered important.
