        abstract = {The purposes of the research were to obtain several descriptions overview of the dual role of women who work as janitors and explain the role of family and the role of workers in working women.This type of research is qualitative research with descriptive phenomenological methods. Data collection uses observation, interview, and documentation methods. Research informants were 2 women who had multiple roles. The results of this study indicate that a dual role is a normal thing done by women in this respect, whether the woman has a higher education or who is low-educated, or who has a good economy or a lack of economy. The double role that occurs due to economic needs to help her husband in meet the family. This is supported by other family members by helping with homework for women who experience multiple roles, ranging from parents and other family members. The circumstances that allow for the emergence of multiple role conflicts can be resolved through family support}
