At this time there are changes both physically, cognitively, emotionally, and psychologically. Adolescence is particularly vulnerable to deviant, distressed behaviors. One form of deviant action in adolescents is klithih. Klithih is a term used by the people of Yogyakarta in particular, to mention a group of teenagers who committed crime both sudden assault and brawl with other groups on the streets. This study aims to provide an overview of psychological dynamics in adolescent perpetrators of criminality in the form of klithih action. The method used in this research is qualitative method through case study approach. Data collection in this research was obtained by using interview method, observation, and graphic test. Subjects in this study consisted of three teenage criminals (klithih) who researchers obtained from the Institute for Special Education of Children (LPKA) DIY. The results showed that the three subjects experienced family problems and psychological distress. So they decided to look for a diversion by making friends with friends that made them feel good. But the three subjects are trapped in a gang environment and are affected by the negative actions of their friends. Teenagers who come from families are not harmonious with different economic conditions, teenagers who have different social skills, and driven by the need for actualization and compassion, become an influence on their decision in committing a criminal act. Being a prisoner is a turning point for teenage criminals. A sense of pride in doing the act changed into guilt, regret, and the desire not to do again after getting out of custody. %Z Hj.
