description: This study tries to investigate the impact of perceived ease of use,perceived usefulness, perceived security, and perceived trust on the intention to use YAP application by Bank BNI Syariah customers in Yogyakarta. The data were collected using purposive sampling method. The questionnaires were  distributed to BNI Syariah’s customers who had been using YAP application. There were 47 questionaires returned and they were analyzed using SPSS 20 software. The result showed that perceived usefulness and perceived trust has a significant effect on the intention to use YAP application. However, perceived ease of use and perceived security have no significant effects on the intention to  use YAP application.
