The data were collected using purposive sampling method. The questionnaires were distributed to BNI Syariah’s customers who had been using YAP application. There were 47 questionaires returned and they were analyzed using SPSS 20 software. The result showed that perceived usefulness and perceived trust has a significant effect on the intention to use YAP application.
