abstract: Purpose of this research is to analyze the extent to which the application of Shariah Compliance applied to Sharia Commercial Bank and the influence of Shariah Compliance to the financial performance. The variables of this research are Islamic Income Ratio, Profit Sharing Ratio, and Zakat Performance Ratio for Shariah Compliance proxy, and Return On Assets (ROA), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) for financial performance proxy. The population in this research is the entire syariah bank in Indonesia amount 2012-2016. The sampling technique performed by purposive random sampling method, samples that fulfill the criteria is 9 BUS from total 13 BUS, unit of analysis amount 45 from 9 bank that fulfill the criteria that multiplied with the period of observation during 5 years. The analysis method of this research is canonical analysis. Hypothesis testingis using SPSS 22 for windows program. This research proves that, Islamic Income Ratio, Profit Sharing Ratio, dan Zakat
Performance Ratio gives positive influence effect toward financial performance especially ROA with the higher point. An advice for next research is hoped spread this research, because this kind of research is not really easy to find so it will support and develop the research conclusion.
