ACG is a BSM financial division whose employees' performance continues to increase. This encourages researchers to prove these variables affect the performance of Accounting Group employees (ACG). This type of research is explanative with quantitative approach and data collection technique using questionnaire. The sampling of the study used a saturated sample of 43 employees. The study used statistical data analysis with multiple regression equation which was processed using SPSS 21. Based on the results of statistical data analysis that the educational background, work experience, compensation, disciplinary enforcement, and facilities have a significant positive effect overall. This result is also in line with the teachings of Islam, where Islam provides the Shari'a in the world and the hereafter. %Z DR. MISNEN ARDIANSYAH, S.E., M.SI., AK., CA
