abstract: This study aims to determine the health of Banks and predicting financial distress in sharia banking in Indonesia. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling. The samples used 10 sharia banking company in Indonesia from 2012 to 2016 period. The methods that used on this study are RGEC method and Grover G-Score. The RGEC model of measurement will be represented by the ratio of non performing financing (NPF), financing deposit to ratio (FDR), Good Corporate Governance (GCG), return of asset (ROA), net interest margin (NIM), dan capital adequacy ratio (CAR). While the ratio of the model Grover using the ratio of working capital to total asset, earnings before interest and taxes to total asset, return of aset (ROA). The results showed that the sharia banking used RGEC methods is fit into healthy category. Grover G-Score show that Bank Syariah Bukopin is fit into financial distress category because the value of G-Score -1,2826 in 2012
