N2  - Islamic banking of a financial institution that has been using sharia principles is expected not only in business , but also performs social responsibility in sharia and discloses it systematically in its annual report. This study aims to find out how the banks do the corporate social responsibility based on sharia enterprise theory. The data used in this study is in the form of annual report at Sharia Commercial Bank
in Indonesia 2016 obtained through the website of each company. Saturation sampling is used to determine the object of this study. This study analyzes the company's annual report with content analysis method. Analytical techniques of the research using descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study show that islamic banks do the csr voluntary, while the government had the regulation for the
ltds. And haven?t accordance with sharia enterprise theory.
