%T ANALISIS PENGARUH DIVERSIFIKASI PEMBIAYAAN TERHADAP PROFITABILITAS dan NON PERFORMING FINANCING (NPF)
%X The objectives of this research are to find out whether the finance diversification can improve the Islamic banking’s Return of Asset (ROA) and to find out the influence of finance diversification towards non performing financing risk (NPF) at Islamic banking. The independent variable of this research is the finance diversification based on the economic sector which is measured before using HHI while the dependent variable is the Islamic banking’s ROA and NPF. 
This is a quantitative research which takes all reports of Islamic banking (BUS,UUS, and BPRS) from 2014-2017 periods as the population. The sample of this research is financial reports of Bank Umum Syariah (BUS) and Unit Usaha Syariah (UUS) from 2014-2017 periods because the report of those periods has the complete data. The sample is taken by using saturation sampling. 
The result using simple linear regression shows that there is a positive influence of diversification based on economic sector towards ROA. Every single Finance Diversification improves ROA at 0.362 from -0.049 and improves NPF at 0.736.
