Included in the scope of looking at poverty in the family. Even indicators and paradigms are used as a reference also to address the problem of poverty at the micro level. One of them is the Family Hope Program (PKH), a program of social assistance conditional on the Ministry of Social Affairs for poor families (KM) or Family Very Poor (KSM). CCT is expected to improve the quality of human resources, change participant behavior KPM PKH less support efforts to increase prosperity, and break the cycle of intergenerational poverty. One indication of success is the birth KPM PKH graduations, both natural graduations, graduations graduation increased economic and independent or voluntary. This research attempts to uncover the problems PKH as poverty alleviation programs, primarily related to graduations KPM case independently, include: reasons and things that encourage their graduation decision. The limit case and the focus of this research is independent graduations KPM Wukirharjo village, Prambanan subdistrict, Sleman. There are four independent graduations KPM became the main subject of this study, plus one companion, the village head, and a complementary subject. This study uses qualitative research (qualitative research) based on case studies (case studies). This study uses data collection techniques by observation, interview and documentation. Then using purposive sampling technique as the basis to determine the respondents. These results indicate that all four of the graduation KPM has their own reasons of his resignation decision of CCT. Some are due to have had enough because there is economic improvement in the lives of his family. There is also a feeling embarrassed. Nevertheless, the four equally provide an opportunity for KM / KSM other, more worthy and needy. The decision can not be separated from their perceptions of poverty and well-being. There are three capital (capital) owned the fourth KPM PKH ie economic capital owned by Mrs. A, social capital, which is owned by four KPM PKH, and cultural capital owned by Mrs. B, C and D. 3 owned capital has been able to make KPM PKH independently decided to graduation.
