%X This research aims to find out how the process of implementation of the begibung culture in fostering an attitude of respect and responsibility in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. This type of research is Qualitative research by first doing the observation, then interviewed the artists, custom figures, community leaders by taking a sample of every district, documenting and last was analyzed with the  pengklasifikasi, looking for relationship patterns, nutmeg and mensitesakannya get  something considered important. This research uses qualitative research methods, using the research field (field research). Researchers in data capture only monitor without having to invetvansi or affect such research. The subject of this research is the people, the Customs figures, the character of youth. To collect the data, the researcher obtains data through observation, in-depth interviews, documenting, and the last one is analyzing the mengganakan methods of analysis verifikati. So the data already acquired about the attitude of respect or responsibility, patterned after the relationship between the process of begibung with an attitude of respect and responsibility, capture information related to aspects of the attitude. Begibung executed when finished or before carrying out activities related to major religious observances such as Islam, a pilgrimage to the graves of the scholars, zikiran when one society didesa Maul died, Prophet Muhammad, as well as on major Islamic events. The implementation of an attitude of respect and responsibility visible from the presentation, implementation procedures, and when the procession ending begibung. These processes demonstrate reverence and respect each other, and to love  our fellow cipataan that power. Cultural Moderenisasi in particular begibung have an impact on how someone respects themselves, menghomati others, the lack of responsibility to preserve the culture of the ancestors of the k.
