This measuring instrument is able to measure the wind speed displayed on the LCD and Android. Counter calculation uses infrared LED sensors and infrared phototransistor. The data that has been generated from this research is then characterized so that it can be used as a wind speed measuring device. This research uses Arduino uno microcontroller as a control system of input and output signals. The results of measurement data from this study were analyzed using the least squares method. From the initial data processing, the conversion equation is obtained, namely Y =10.078x + 12.23, and the correlation factor is very strong with a value of r = 0.99, Sensitivity 10,078 and zero offset 12,23 . After that, the calibration process was carried out in the data acquisition system, which was 99% accuracy, and 98.4% precision..
