Si. %T BIMBINGAN KONSELING KARIR SISWA: Studi Komparasi antara Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Yogyakarta, Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 1 Yogyakarta dan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 1 Yogyakarta %X In this research, I can answer about the problem of the process in implementation career guidance for a student, supporting facilities in the career guidance, and the difference of career guidance in three school— MAN 1 Yogyakarta, SMAN 1 Yogyakarta, and SMKN 1 Yogyakarta. This paper is a result of the process field research with used qualitative methodcomparing studies. Taken of data have done through an interview, observation, and documentation process. Those of study take the resources data were from 11 informants; 4 informants of MAN 1 Yogyakarta, 3 informants of SMAN 1 Yogyakarta, and 4 informants of SMKN 1 Yogyakarta. The resources of data to choice are using snowball method and to credibility trying data used triangulation technic. For the data in this paper, so I can summarize that the career guidance of implementation consists of the process for describing potential and assessment student career, instructional guidance, and journey of scientific. Meanwhile, supporting of facilities from three research location in this study was having of tools and infrastructure which satisfy. Facilities of satisfying the direct factor of stigma on three location are a model school of Yogyakarta. Point of the different career guidance on three research location in this study was put on of scientific cores values, further study, and vocation. Keywords: counseling guidance; career guidance; planning of student career [INDONESIA] Pada penelitian, saya hendak menjawab persoalan tentang pelaksanaan bimbingan karir siswa, fasilitas penunjang dalam proses bimbingan karir, dan titik singgung perbedaan bimbingan karir di tiga sekolah—MAN 1 Yogyakarta, SMAN 1 Yogyakarta, dan SMKN 1 Yogyakarta. Kajian ini merupakan hasil dari proses penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif-studi komparasi. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui proses wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Adapun narasumber penelitian ini terdiri dari 1 orang; MAN 1 Yogyakarta 4 orang, SMAN 1 Yogyakarta 3 orang, dan SMKN 1 Yogyakarta 4 orang. Narasumber dipilih menggunakan metode snowball dan untuk menguji kredibilitas data digunakan teknik trianggulasi. Dari data yang tersaji, maka saya dapat menyimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan bimbingan karir terdiri dari proses memetakan potensi dan asesmen karir siswa, bimbingan instruksional, dan safari ilmiah. Sementara itu, fasilitas penunjang dari ketiga obyek penelitian masing-masing telah memiliki sarana dan prasarana yang memadai. Fasilitas yang memadai disebabkan langsung oleh stigma bahwa tiga lokasi penelitian adalah sekolah model di Yogyakarta. Titik singgung perbedaan bimbingan karir di tiga lokasi penelitian ini terletak pada core values keilmuan, studi lanjut, dan vokasi.
