In developing micro business for improve the economic welfare of the community, like Islamic financial institutions. BMT Fajar Pringsewu offer services in the form of murabahah financing. This research aims to analyze the influence of murabahah financing, mentoring, marketing strategies, and also the duration of business towards development Small Medium Micro Business (UMKM) at BMT Fajar Pringsewu, population that used in this research is all the members of BMT Fajar Pringsewu which use murabahah financing. In determining the sample used purposive sampling method. Types of the research that used is a mix method so the data was obtained through questionnaires and interviews. Data processing methods that used the researcher is multiple regression analysis. The result of this research indicates simultaneously or together variables murabahah financing, mentoring, marketing strategy, and the duration of business has a significant influence on development Small Medium Micro Business (UMKM). While on a parcial murabahan financing variable has no significant positive influence on development UMKM. Mentoring variables has a positive influence but not significant to development UMKM. Marketing strategy has a positive influence and significant to development UMKM.
