abstract: This research tries to find out the impact of usability, convenience, trust and quality of customer internet banking transaction online at bank BNI Syariah branches. This research is a type of quantitative research design using the peneltian field. This research based on primary data in the form of questionnaires collected from respondents who is a customer of Bank BNI Syariah Branches. Of research results obtained 50 questionnaires then analyse it using the software SPSS 20 device for analysis and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the ease and trust influential customer decision significantly to Transact online. While usability and quality of internet banking is not significant effect against the decision of the client in transacting online.
