This behavioral aspect includes work attitudes, work motivation, perception, personality, and learning. This research is a quantitative research with a survey approach. The research subjects were employees of the BNI Syariah branch Yogyakarta in funding division, totaling 30 employees. Data collection techniques using questionnaires were analyzed using validity and reliability tests. While the data analysis is in the form of multiple linear regression analysis with t-test, f- test, and R2. The results showed that work motivation, personlity, and learning had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work perception has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. While, work attitde have no influence on employee performance.} }
