The population in this study were all employees at BRI Syariah Branch Solo Veteran. The sample in this study were taken using the technique non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The primary data collection is by distributing questionnaires. This study using 45 questionnaries that were processed. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research indicated that training, competence, work discipline, infrastructure, organizational culture and work environment simultaneously have positive on employee?s performance. The partial of training variables have not effect on employee performance with tcount 0,081. Variable of competence have a positive effect on employee performance with tcount 3,207. Work discipline variables have not effect on employee?s perfomance with tcount -1,589. Variable of infrastructure have a positive effect on employee performance with tcount 2,730. Variable of organizational culture have a positive effect on employee performance with tcount 2,075. While the work environment variables have not effect on employee performance with tcount -0,644.} }
