In order to be able to maintain customer loyalty. The purpose of this research was to test the influence of brand equity, sharia marketing, service excellent, and trust to customer loyalty of Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) KCP Godean. The population in this research were all customers at BSM KCP Godean. The sample in this research were taken using the technique probability sampling with random sampling method. The primary data collection is by distributing questionnaires. There were 100 questionnaires were processed in this research. Methods of data analysis in this research was to test the validity, reliability test,classical assumption test, multiple regression linear techniques and hypotheses test using SPSS 20,00. The result of the research indicated that brand equity, sharia marketing, service excellent, and trust simultane ously have significant on customer loyalty. The partial of variables brand equity and trust have a significant positive effect on customer loyalty.
