Organizational performance related to HR that is closely related to knowledge management , good management of knowledge management will have an impact on the emergence of new ideas which are then directed to become an innovation. Improving organizational performance also requires leadership that can mobilize knowledge and direct innovation to achieve goals optimally. In addition, the application of Islamic work ethics has an impact on improving organizational performance because work is used as a parameter for reward and punishment. The method used in this study is multiple linear analysis with moderating variable / MRA ( Moderated Analysis Regression ). The object of research is Bank Muamalat Yogyakarta Branch Office. Partial testing results show that knowledge management with a significance value of 0.162 is proven to have no influence on organizational performance, leadership with a significance value of 0.002 proved to have a positive influence on organizational performance and innovation with a significance value of 0.033 also proved to have a positive influence on organizational performance. Furthermore, the results of testing the interaction between independent variables and moderating variables show the results of testing X 1 X 4 and X 2 X 4 with a significance of 0.055 and 0.547 proving that Islamic work ethics are not able to moderate the knowledge management variable on organizational performance. However, the results of testing X2 X 4 with a significance of 0.006 proving Islamic work ethics is able to moderate leadership variables on organizational performance} }
