This Indicates that, BSM has inconsistency for maintaining their Efficiency. There are many variables that determine this inconsistency namely Work Motivation, Office Layout, Dicipline, and Religiosity. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to understand the determinants of employee work productivity at Islamic banks. The population of this study are all employees of the BSM Yogyakarta Area Office, where the sampling technique uses nonprobability sampling, or purposive random sampling, with the criteria, the dominant employee works in the office room. The survey was conducted to collect data, in which 40 respondents were collected. In addition, interviews were also conducted to support the data. OLS regression is used to answer research questions. From testing, this study found that the layout of workspaces, disciplines had a positive impact on productivity. However, work motivation and religiosity do not significantly affect productivity.
