This type of research is a case study, with a population of all employees of Bank Syariah Mandiri KC Majenang. The samples taken in this study are saturated samples, namely sampling techniques if all members of the population are used as samples. Data collection is done using questionnaires and interviews. All questions have been tested and declared valid and reliable, the test tool used is multiple linear regression. The F Test results show that simultaneously or simultaneously the variables of motivation, work environment, and salary significantly influence employee performance at Bank Syariah Mandiri KC Majenang. The results of the T test show that partially the work environment variable has a significant effect on employee performance while motivation and salary do not have a significant effect on employee performance at Bank Syariah Mandiri KC Majenang. %Z JAUHAR FARADIS, S.H.I., M.A.
