abstract: The reformation of government bureaucracy comes as a manifestation of public service to realize a clean and open government. In this case, public service is the process of openness in the management of information, such as disseminating and publishing information as required by the community because the public has the right to obtain information. To achieve this, it is necessary for the management of information systems to be easily accessible to the public. By utilizing online-based communication media, Public Agency especially provincial government agencies can improve service management to be open and easy to reach. Thus, this research knows the implementation of public information disclosure in local government management information system.
The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Similarly, research methods in data collection are through the stages of observation, interview and documentation. The theory used is public information disclosure in principle KIP listed Article 2 UU KIP Number 14, 2008 which then connected with management information system consisting of: effectiveness, efficiency and responsiveness From the result of the research, it finds the implementation of public information disclosure in management information system through KemalaJateng hashtag. In addition, there are obstacles to the implementation of KIP, it is the lack of a response that is still less effective.
