%X This research is expected to increase knowledge in the field of education, especially those related to the internalization of Islamic religiosity values in Muslim converts in a pluralistic society. This research is a qualitative research by taking the background of Banjar Panepen village, Kec. Sumpiuh Kab. Banyumas. Data collection is done by observations, interviews and documentation. Checking the validity of the data is  done by triangulation. The results showed, first, the process of internalizing the value of Islamic religiosity among converts in the village of Banjar Panepen, Kec. Sumpiuh Kab. Banyumas through several stages: value  transformation stage, value transaction stage and value transinternalization stage. The two factors that influence the internalization of Islamic religiosity are internal factors, namely the motivation of converts, family factors,  the motivation of religious leaders. Inhibiting factors are lack of facilities and infrastructure, lack of sources of religious leaders. Third, the model of internalization of Islamic religious values implemented is 1) Routine activities which include; greetings greetings and salim, learning to recite, recitation of yasin and tahlil Compulsory prayer, fasting and charity as well as mutual respect and tolerance, 2) Spontaneous Activities  which include; PHBI, infaq and sodaqoh. Fourth, indicators of success of internalization of Islamic religiosity values towards converts in Banjar Panepen village have not been carried out to the fullest because of the lack of religious leaders who can foster converts in the village of Banjar Panepen.
