The failure of education in eradicating student morale is usually addressed to religious education that is not able to implement educational values. Islamic religious education curriculum which is charged as much as 3 hours per week is not enough to foster student personality. The existence of a hidden curriculum of Islamic religious education is needed because of the limited time set by the curriculum and the ideal demands of the general public on Islamic religious education in fostering student behavior. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection methods used in this study were direct interviews with Waka Curriculum, Waka Humas, Student Waka, 3 PAI Teachers, 20 Students, observation, and documentation. Analysis of the data used is according to Miles and Huberman by way of data reduction, data display, and verification or conclusion. The results showed that: Forms of hidden curriculum of Islamic religious education are (a) Hidden curriculum of Islamic religious education integrated in student activities, namely social worker activities, exemplary service camps, mentoring, and PHBI. (b) Hidden curriculum of Islamic education on the implementation of spontaneous / situational activities, namely caring for disaster, and counseling for students. (c) Hidden curriculum of Islamic education and habituation activities of students, namely Al-Qur'an prior to KBM, obligatory prayers in congregation, regular Tuesday studies, and short letter memorization. The implementation of hidden curriculum in Islamic religious education contributes to helping develop religious humanism. The existence of hidden curriculum activities, the less likely students are to commit acts of violence, harassment and other dehumanization behaviors. Moreover, SMA N 1 Yogyakarta since there have never been cases of irregularities against students. Instead, the data shows that there is an activity of concern for the community. The implementation of the hidden curriculum in the development of religious humanism is to draw closer to Allah SWT, to increase students' awareness of the surroundings, to show civilized behavior in daily life, to have mutual affection towards their fellow human beings, and to have a spirit of tolerance for differences. %Z Dr. Sigit Purnama, S.Pd.I, M.Pd
