There are three focus studies that\r\nbecome the discussion, first, the urgency of children to increase multiple\r\nintelligences. Second, how is the process of increasing multiple intelligences\r\nthrough children's toys as a learning strategy. Third, what is the result of\r\nincreasing multiple intelligences through children's toys as a learning\r\nstrategy. This research is qualitative in nature, revealing in detail about the\r\nincrease in multiple intelligences through children's toys as a learning\r\nstrategy. The subjects were the principal, B2 homeroom teacher and class B2\r\nstudents at TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Tlogo Prambanan. To answer this\r\nstudy data was collected by means of observation, in-depth interviews and\r\ndocumentation.\r\nBy playing children get the knowledge and experience that helps\r\ntheir development to prepare themselves in the next life. Educational experts\r\nconsider playing as an activity that has practical value, meaning playing is\r\nused as a medium to improve certain skills and abilities in children. Playing\r\nis a bridge for children from informal learning to be formal. Dolanan anak is\r\nused as a learning strategy in early childhood because the learning strategy by\r\nplaying is considered effective in the world of early childhood who are happy\r\nto play, besides, playing can also develop many aspects of early childhood\r\ndevelopment as well as improving the child's intelligence.\r\nThe results showed that (1) dolanan anak as a learning strategy is\r\nconsidered very important to improve children's multiple intelligences while\r\npreserving local culture (2) the process of children's play as a learning\r\nstrategy shows an increase in children's multiple intelligences, by using\r\nlearning strategies through play that have 3 learning stages from the preplaying\r\nstage, the playing stage and the closing stage, the educators did not\r\nrealize it, children's toys proved to be able to improve children's intelligence\r\nand implicitly the elements of local culture obtained by students. (3) the\r\nresults obtained, children get knowledge about the existence of children's\r\ntoys that contain elements of culture as well as increasing
