There are three focus studies that become the discussion, first, the urgency of children to increase multiple intelligences. Second, how is the process of increasing multiple intelligences through children's toys as a learning strategy. Third, what is the result of increasing multiple intelligences through children's toys as a learning strategy. This research is qualitative in nature, revealing in detail about the increase in multiple intelligences through children's toys as a learning strategy. The subjects were the principal, B2 homeroom teacher and class B2 students at TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Tlogo Prambanan. To answer this study data was collected by means of observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. By playing children get the knowledge and experience that helps their development to prepare themselves in the next life. Educational experts consider playing as an activity that has practical value, meaning playing is used as a medium to improve certain skills and abilities in children. Playing is a bridge for children from informal learning to be formal. Dolanan anak is used as a learning strategy in early childhood because the learning strategy by playing is considered effective in the world of early childhood who are happy to play, besides, playing can also develop many aspects of early childhood development as well as improving the child's intelligence. The results showed that (1) dolanan anak as a learning strategy is considered very important to improve children's multiple intelligences while preserving local culture (2) the process of children's play as a learning strategy shows an increase in children's multiple intelligences, by using learning strategies through play that have 3 learning stages from the preplaying stage, the playing stage and the closing stage, the educators did not realize it, children's toys proved to be able to improve children's intelligence and implicitly the elements of local culture obtained by students.
