This program is known as the School Literacy Movement (GLS). Researchers intend to reveal the implementation of the School Literacy Movement (GLS) program policy at SD Muhammadiyah Bantul Kota, this study aims to reveal how SD Muhammadiyah Bantul Kota plans and implements the program, and reviewing the continuation of implementation GLS program. This research used qualitative approach. The kind of research used is policy research with an evaluative research method which is to explore data about the regulations that have been issued regarding the School Literacy Movement program (GLS). The evaluation model used is CIPP model (context, input, process, and product) developed by Stufflebeam. The object of this thesis research is the policy implementation of School Literacy Movement Program in SD Muhammadiyah Bantul Kota. While the subject is the head master, teacher, librarian, and students in SD Muhammadiyah Bantul Kota. The researcher used data collection methods in the form of interview, observation, documentation, and data triangulation technique. The results obtained showed that implmentation of GLS program at SD Muhammadiyah Bantul Kota has been implemented in four aspects: context, input, process and product. In accordance with the context aspects including the goals, needs and objectives of the program. Input aspects include human resources, strategy, budget, and supervision. Process aspects include program design and implementation. Product aspects include the results of the program collaborated with context, input, and process.
