Data collection methods used are Observation, Interview, and Documentation. This development research is conducted based on the phenomenon of BK teachers / counselors in Bandung regency that there are most counselors / BK teachers have not done evaluation on guidance and counseling program. This phenomenon is indicated by some reports from BK teachers that during this guidance and counseling program in schools have never been evaluated because of the lack of formatting, guidance and guidance that includes the evaluation of guidance and counseling programs in schools. Through Guidance evaluation of guidance and counseling program in SMA is expected the implementation of guidance and counseling program in the field of low gap level. The purpose of this development research is to produce a product that is guidance evaluation of guidance and counseling program in SMA. This evaluation model aims to describe the gap between the standard and the evaluation results in implementing guidance and counseling programs in schools. The subject of this research is BK teacher in SMA Bina Muda. Data analysis using qualitative descriptive data analysis technique. The results of the evaluation of Individual Counseling Guidance Program indicate that guidance evaluation guidance and counseling program in high school has fulfilled the criteria of accessibility in terms of usefulness and useful value, feasibility feasible, accuracy appraised accurately and appropriateness judged appropriate.
