        abstract = {This study aims to determine the pattern of students of the Nahdlatul Wathan Madrasah Aliyah Subdistrict in the search for information on the Google search engine. This type of research is qualitative descriptive with the research subject of Nahdlatut Wathan Aliyah Madrasah Sakra District and the object of this research is information search patterns in the Google search engine. The results of this study are the students of the Nahdlatul Wathan Madrasah Aliyah Nahdlatul Wathan in conducting searches or search patterns more likely to use searches and features found in simple searches. The features that can be used by students in the Nahdlatul Wathan Madrasah Aliyah Sakra District are not all, the features that can be used are 5 search features which are 4 features in basic search and 1 feature in advanced search. The features that can be used are the feature of searching videos, images, news and calculators for features in a simple search, in the use of features of students of Nahra Al Nahdlatul Wathan District Sakra typing in search words searched in the Google search engine search column, then for news search students click on the news tab in the search results, as well as videos and images, for videos students click on the video menu section and for images students click on the image menu. For calculator search, students only enter keywords in the search column and they can use automatic mens calculators, while advanced search features that can be used are to narrow searches based on file types or add file extensions behind keywords in the Sakra Subdistrict. search (.doc, .mp3, .pdf, etc.). Students in using the "file type" feature do not choose from the advanced search menu, but directly enter the keyword in the search field then add the .doc file extension to the document, .mp3 for music.}
