N2  - UIN Sunan Kalijaga's website-based document workflow is still lacking in
the presence of notification in realtime when there is incoming letter. With the
sophistication of mobile technology, can be increased the efficiency and
effectiveness of the organization with notification incoming letter in realtime
directly to the user's smartphone.
System development in this research using Extreme Programming
method. Four stages in this method are planning, design, coding and testing. XP
has a simple process flow, coherent, fast, emphasizes intense communication with
clients and easily adjusts changing needs. The application is developed with React
Native framework that is linked through the gateway API to access the web
service.
The application that has been built, has features to read incoming letter,
decree, disposition, letter / memo / official note, outgoing letter archive, incoming
letter search and letter notification in realtime. This application allows employees
to read the official letter and get notification of incoming letter in realtime.
